How does this work?

You post things to Psismic that are interesting to you or say something about you. Other users see your posts. You see their posts. Everyone tells us what they like. Our factory of servers finds potential matches. We show you pictures of your potential matches, and we show them your picture. You also get to see everything your potential match has posted to Psismic. If both sides like what they see, voila, we have an official match. Imagine that! We are. And we think you look great in those shoes.

Why would I want to post something about me?

Because you want to meet someone new. We think that the most important part of meeting someone new is meeting someone new and interesting. By giving you the right tools to express yourself in an interesting way to someone who might be interested in meeting you, we're straight out changing the world. Uh. No. Wait. Is this site free?

Psismic is a free service for everything except private messaging and requesting matches. If you want to send private messages to your matches, one of you has to be a Pro Member. If you want to request a match with another Psismic member, you have to be a Pro Member. Becoming a Pro Member means the exchange of money. From you to us. In very reasonable amounts, from $12 to $19 monthly, depending on the payment option you choose.
